About Us

Meet Our FounderTonya Robbins

Tonya Robbins, LMFT, MBA is a psychotherapist specializing in individual and couples therapy, and maintains a private practice in Franklin, TN. In addition to my clinical work, I provide supervision to clinical intern MFT therapists as well as pre-licensed professional Marital and Family Therapists.

I'm passionate about relationships (including one's relationship with oneself). My primary areas of focus include couples therapy, pre-marital therapy, women's issues, and trauma. My approach to therapy targets a shift in one's view of self as well as self within relationships and to empower people to take charge of their mental health and their reactions to life's stressors and to develop preventative techniques to live their authentic lives.

I offer affirming, culturally-competent therapy and am sensitive to the unique needs of each individual and couple, regardless of the issues bringing them to therapy. My model is holistic, considering the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in EMDR, Prepare-Enrich, Imago, and am Rule 31 Mediator-eligible.

In her spare time, Tonya enjoys hiking, biking, knitting, decorating, and spending time with her family.

Katie Larson

Meet Katie Larson

Katie loves working with individuals, couples, and families as they strive to make sense of the difficulties that life has thrown their way. As you seek new balance in your life, Katie is here to partner with you on that journey to your AUTHENTIC self. The stories we tell ourselves in these realms are so important and Katie is here to partner with you to help you rediscover the truths that are present and working for you and those that are stumbling blocks on your path to who YOU are.

As a former language teacher, Katie is especially passionate about discovering the language that uncovers your own truth and also allows you to experience your inner conversations more richly. Drawing on “parts language”, attachment theory, Enneagram wisdom, experiential and narrative therapies, Katie works with clients of all ages struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, and existential issues.

In her spare time, Katie enjoys gardening, knitting, baking, and hiking with her husband and two young boys.
