About Us

Meet Our FounderTonya Robbins

Tonya Robbins, LMFT, MBA is a psychotherapist specializing in individual and couples therapy, and maintains a private practice in Franklin, TN. In addition to my clinical work, I provide supervision to clinical intern MFT therapists as well as pre-licensed professional Marital and Family Therapists.

I'm passionate about relationships (including one's relationship with oneself). My primary areas of focus include couples therapy, pre-marital therapy, women's issues, and trauma. My approach to therapy targets a shift in one's view of self as well as self within relationships. My goal is to empower people to take charge of their mental health and their reactions to life's stressors and to develop preventative techniques to live their authentic lives.

I offer affirming, culturally-competent therapy and am sensitive to the unique needs of each individual and couple, regardless of the issues bringing them to therapy. My model is holistic, considering the mind, body, and spirit. I am trained in EMDR, Imago Relationship Therapy (IRT), CBT, TF-CBT, EFT, Experiential, Narrative, Enneagram, and pre-marital program. I also do Prepare/Enrich and Symbis assessments and am a Rule 31 Listed Mediator.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, biking, knitting, decorating, and spending time with my family.
